The Lodge meets and dines at the School four times each year, usually tyling at 5:30pm. The installation meeting takes place annually in March.

The school is a short walk from Hammersmith Station (Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City), and a short bus journey from Barnes Railway Station (South Western Railway, trains to London Waterloo, Teddington (via Richmond), Weybridge (via Brentford), Windsor & Eton Riverside, Reading).

Parking is available for those who wish to travel by car.
